Purposeful practices, age-appropriate strength work, and detailed baseball instruction.
A 3.0 GPA is required for tournament rosters, with support available when players need it.
Accountability, respect, attitude, effort, and being a good person guide everything we do.
The development pathway
Our groups build skills progressively while holding every athlete to the same standards of preparation, effort, and character.
Fundamentals, confidence, and a strong team-first foundation.
Skill development with growing game awareness and responsibility.
Advanced preparation and the pathway to our Cooperstown experience.
Physical development, position work, and high-school readiness.
College-minded training, competitive tournaments, and exposure.
The Birds standard
Players maintain a 3.0 GPA or above to compete in tournaments. When a player falls below the standard, our program provides accountability and support to help them get back on track.
